This is just my personal take on the matter, but when using different mediums, making slight alterations to parts that don't quite work out can make for a dramatically improved end-result.
With that in mind: Consider widening her jaw-bone a little. It is a 'art style thing' in the manga, but I would expect her current chin would look odd in the kind of movement a 3D animation.
The shirt that glues itself to her boobs also strikes me as odd, but that might be due to technical limitations. ...And it might be somebody's fetish. So I'd expect there would be less negative feedback on it. ;)
